The favorite meat in the middle east is lamb, and the baby rack lamb chops in one of the favorites at Salam.
The kebabs range in price from $15-$26. Salam"s chef has taken a Syrian favorite, ouzi, and created exotic and tasty variations. Ouzi is fillo stuffed with rice, raisins, etc.
